Anybody that ruled nigeria and did not become an hero must be a useless and a mad man.

This is a country that lack all kinds of infrastructure and all public institutions are down, so any person that lead the country and could not built those infrastructure and those institutions must be a very very useless person that threw away chance to become father of the nation.
