A Marketing Communications Firm is receiving CVs for consideration to fill Strategy trainee positions.

Open to recent graduate of Psychology, Marketing, Sociology, Political Science (or any other human/social behavioural course), The successful applicant should have the growing skills, or be willing to learn how to carry out the following functions

-Execution of various forms of Quantitative and Qualitative surveys.
-Writing of research reports for surveys carried out, and Interpret survey findings.
-Studying Consumers behaviour and Unearthing of strong and relevant consumer insights.
-Research Analysis and Interpretation
-Drafting of strategy documents detailing the best way for communication, based on findings from research and consumer observation and ensuring that all relevant insights are integrated into these documents.
-Writing of creative briefs to kick start and inspire creative executions.
-Developing and discussing periodic competitive analysis reports
-Identifying and proposing improvement opportunities based on findings.
-Presentation of project plan, research findings, and strategy direction to team members with intent to convince them on proposed directions.
