The next thing i noticed was stains of blood on my pant even when my period is not very close, i know too much sugar is not good but is this not out of hand? and beside i dont take much sugar are such, only occasionally. is something wrong with me |

you mite have a yeast infection.yeast cells thrive on sugar and therefore the infection is usually worsened by the intake of sugary foods and may result in spotting. However there are a whole lot of other variables which have to be taken into consideration and you have not provided all that so you shld see a doctor for proper diagnosis.go easy on the sugar.try honey instead.its much better and is a complete sugar.try garlic both internally and as a suppository.eat food like yoghurt and soured products.let me know what happens.call or text 018738625.cheers |

see a doctor and cut down on the sugar. Besides, cereal still tastes good without it. |

5 cubes of sugar? isnt that on the high side? you actually dont need sugar in cereal as it already has some sugar in it |

@pharma.Toki You made a very good contgributionby telling the young lady to visit a physician and use honey instead of sugar but you went on to miss out the whole advice wen you encouraged her to take yogurt. Which would someone be adviced to take yogurt when we all know that a lot of these yogurts are highly saccharined. @ young lady what you need do is go see a doctor and lets know what the test comes up with. but why you are seeing the doctor dear, you need to change your lifestyle eating habits. it has to be moderated and caution should be the word to everything you eat. |

Obviously, when i said yoghurt i didnt mean sweetened.there are a lot of unsweetened yoghurts available. This is because yoghurt and other soured milk products contain lactobacilli which are normally present in the bowel and vagina thereby increasing the acidity and making the environment unfavourable for the bacteria. But most impt see a doc |
