Job functions for the Administrative Manager:

 Responsible for the formulation and implementation of Admin. policies and procedures.
 Responsible for the preparation,presentation and implementation of Admin. capital and operating budgets.
 Provision of suitable and adequate securities for the company’s assets.
 Responsible for the procurement, storage and distribution of office supplies.
 Ensures that only suitable vendors are selected for supply of products and services
 Coordination and supervision of Off-country administrative issues.
 Responsible for the maintenance of all office equipment and facilities of the Company in order to ensure operational efficiency
 Responsible for the management of the protocol functions of the company
