JUSTICE AND EQUITY FOR ALL (JEFA)
We wish to inform the general public that we at JEFA has been working behind the scenes for the common good of the ordinary Nigerian citizens who are faced with injustice, inhumanity and intimidation from different spheres of life in their day to day life by fellow citizens in Nigeria.


OUR VISION:
We, having studied the conditions the Nigerian citizens are subjected to, basically amongst the poor; we found that many Nigerians are living under penury and injustice in their various localities. Hence we are moved to render help in our little capacity to these persons.


MISSION:
In order to help these individuals fight for their rights, we have affiliated with human right agencies and some legal practitioners who have high willingness to fight for the oppressed and less privileged to obtain justice and equity.


WHO CAN BENEFIT?
This initiative is targeted at those who are oppressed and cannot afford legal fees (hiring of attorney) to legislate on their behalf.


TO BENEFIT:
1. You must be a Nigerian citizen
2. You must have proofs that you cannot afford to hire an attorney
3. You must have a case that is suable
4. You must have clean records.


CASES TO BE ATTENDED TO:
Not all cases will be attended to, every case presented will have to pass the scrutiny and afterwards be decided whether to be attended to or not. This is solely the decision of the legal practitioners to make.

NOTICE:
There are no financial implications involved, all lawyers, barristers and attorneys involved are doing these on charity basis and will not be paid by the plaintiff, unless after the case might have been attended to and won and the plaintiff decides to appreciate their efforts; only then will there be financial involvement and it solely depends on the plaintiff to decide.
Therefore, all cases are totally on charity basis.
