Judge orders man to pay child support for twin he fathered
(CNN)A New Jersey father has been ordered to pay child support for one girl in a set of twins after DNA tests proved he is not the father of both, according to court documents.

The judge acknowledged the unusual circumstances of the case in a ruling this week.

"This is a case of first impression in New Jersey and only a handful of reported cases exist nationwide," Superior Court Judge Sohail Mohammed said in his ruling.

The mother of 2-year-old twins went to court seeking child support from the father of the child. Neither party is named in court documents.

Scientifically, I can say it is wrong. Can only be true it one is a girl and d other a boy.

That means the sperm stayed in there for egg to be ferterlized and a girl sperm is not strong to stay more than some hours unlike d guy that can stay in there for days...

Except she slept with them hours apart... If not that, name mixed baby

In effect this will force men to pay for child support for children whether they are his or not. Men keep getting shafted by this "over consideration" for women in the west. Tomorrow people will come and shout that feminism hasn't done any harm.

It has happened before , a set of twin brothers , one white and the other mulatto , were birthed by a white woman in the US c1960 , the mother slept with two men , a white and black man , only 3 days apart. I read about it in "the book of list" by Irvin Wallace.
