You should not buy gas while the tanker truck is refilling the underground tanks at the gas station, the force of the new gas from the tanker truck, stirs up all the 'gunk' on the bottom of the inground storage tanks. If you buy gas while this is occurring the 'gunk' ends up in your engine

Actually Ive experienced this before.

Infact a lot of times. I suddenly notice that the fuel is refusing to pass through the filter. When I remove the filter I see the the fuel sitting perfectly in the cup of the filter as if it wasn't porous. Definitely not normal fuel.

And each time it happened I bought my fuel at Randuk.

Refined in Okrika national petroleum corporation.

Bro to be on a safer side, tell your gen mecho to wash the tank so it won't affect the gen functioning optimally.

There is a filling station in Ibadan that mix its fuel with water. It's at Iyana Adeoyo.

Whenever the truck came to supply fuel at night, you will see them pouring water in the truck from the top before they will offload the fuel. My neighbour bought the fuel and discovered that half of it is water.
