The newly elected President of the African Development Bank (AfDB) and former Minister of Agriculture, Mr. Akinwunmi Adesina, on Tuesday met with former vice president, Atiku Abubakar, shortly before the latter departed to South Africa. Atiku Abubakar was very vital to Adesina's appointment as AfDB boss after travelling to South Africa to lobby for him on behalf of president Muhammadu Buhari.
