I believe everybody's born with the potential to be a genius in @ least 1 field. we all just have to learn how to harness our potential.
So i guess it's a little of both, were born geniuses, but we have to learn how to be one.

It can be instilled in a person from birth and also acquired as well!!

i think it can be learned but some folks adamantly believe that it is just one of those things that a person is born with and cant be easily learned

some people have a natural aptitde towards some vocations

this measn that while some people need the A, B, C D - Z of a subject to understand it, other can connect a and z with only E , I and L.

given enough time, we can learn everything. that is prolly the most significant aspect of genius . but like i said, without nuturing - a yankee bill gates will be a head of IT in a company
