I am not at all interested in dragons and all such fantasy creatures. I don't like children movies with all their stupid messages. I saw this movie rather just to pass the time than to watch it for its sake. And Whoa! I was drawn in this river in first 5 minutes. And what a experience it has been! Right from the start as the narrator describes his world, you are immediately there. You feel yourself in the characters place. The movie does that for you. This is very uncommon movie and it has set a milestone for 3D, not because of its technical aspects, but because of the Depth this movie has. This movie is as much for a 7 year old as it is for an old man who has seen a lot of life. This movie will entertain each viewer in his own way. This is a masterpiece! This movie isn't what it sounds on the surface. It has layers of meanings attached to it. Look at just the title: How to train your Dragon!. If you see it carefully you will notice that there is more to it than meets the eye. Watch the movie and you will know what i mean. This movie cleverly comments on Human Fear, War, Friendship, prejudices, courage, Love. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Don't miss this movie or you will miss one of the few periods when you really LIVE. Note: Just remember to carry your heart with you when you see this movie. It will fill your heart with nothing but what should truly belong there. 10/10. grin[/size]

it's a bit slow but then foreign movies seem to have a penchant for zoomed in focus shots and long abstract frames tongue

i'll leave it half way and go to sleep, the anticipation will possibly ride me senseless i intend to keep it this way until wednesday (lets see how i hold out) tongue

I found the pacing quite ok though. . .i suppose i was taken in by the scenery.  It sort of reminds me of Pan's Labyrinth, in the way that it has children acting in them but it's not for kids cheesy

finally saw repo men. not a bad movie after all. story line was kinda strait forward until they kinda put a little twist towards d end. all in all not a bad perfomance by lawand forrest, even though i expected more from them,

wasn't bad at the end I even thought he was going to pull a gun and shoot someone or do something retarded. He just ended with a dumb phrase on living a monster or dying a saint or some garb like that. FTW! Chai! I felt retarded for a few seconds when the credits started rolling. Same thing happened with Aviator. This is the last Martin Scorcese production starring Whatshisface that i'm going to watch, I would advice my seed against it as well!

Date night was a spectacular movie. My friend and i saw it today and laughed hysterically. grin grin grin It is a funny film, but not "stupid funny". Date night is extremely witty and Steve Carrell and Tina Fey have amazing chemistry. Steve Carrell's geeky character mixed with Tina Feys overall brilliance brings a delightful, touching film to the big screen. If you enjoyed movies like: The hangover, Superbad, and witty films like that, date night is perfect for you. . . . .  wink with a little less swearing! The characters were casted brilliantly and the script is a masterpiece. (the visual effects are pretty good too!) I highly recommend this movie to people between the ages of 14-40. I guarantee you will enjoy it!  smiley[/size]

Have you seen Iron Man though? I have a shitload of reports to submit but I've got it on hold and I must be sure its worth the wait.

I know its meant to be a family friendly film but it was just awful. If you want to watch a good family friendly film, go and watch "How to Train Your Dragon". wink

Just read its review on wiki! I wonder how I missed that, looks wickid! bit torrent to the rescue!!! But if my misconception about it is wrong though, iice, and its just another wasted effort. . .
