Canadian Bacon (1995) a political satire film directed by Michael Moore. It stars John Candy in his last movie before he died 1994. I didn't like this film so much so I will not waste my time writing long reviews. |

Invicitus If they ever need to make a movie bout my life story, I want Morgan Freeman to play my role. Infact, he should play me at 17, 40 and in old age I don't recommend this movie to anyone, I dare you not to watch it. |

 [size=13pt]Letters to Juliet Italy looked so beautiful in this movie. . . .  ! After seeing this you really feel like you were there. Some things are predictable, like you just knew she would find Lorenzo, cause you just knew it would not be a love story if she didn't. They would not have a whole movie of searching to not find him, but still it was played well, it was so funny, when she saw the Grandson as was like that is him! You could also kind of tell she would end up with the other guy. For one think the fact that her and her fiancé were on seprate pages; he understandably had to put in a lot of time to open his business, but in every way, they just seemed on separate pages; he was just always distracted. At the same time they were just so polite with one another, nobody yelled or fought, which in movies usually is a sign of a poor relationship. I find in love stories, the ones who fight in the beginning are the ones who end up together, so that was a hint right there, like I guess they are comfortable enough with one another or that they just care for one another enough to fight. There was so much comedy. Sophie was so beautiful; she is a great actress*-------- . [/size] |

This my first time of visiting this thread and want to mention the nice films i've seen this year. they are: Sherlock holmes my sassy girl leaves of grass hangover sorority row brooklyn's finest precious hurt locker Ninja assassin and 12 rounds If you've seen Precious, i want you to comment on how they end it, was Precious suppose to forgive her mother or not? for me i didn't like the way it was ended as i thought the woman had a genuine reason for hating her although, it was her fault for not protecting her in the first place, if you know about love-vendor and their whores, you'll definitely know that she has no defense or any form of protecting the baby from her father. |
