pls house help. i registered with paypal here in nigeria and later got my account verified. but after checking my account, though it is verified but i was told that my account is limited. i did all i was told to by sending my pics and address as profdo to remove the limitation but no avail.
now i wanted to make purchase from heatlip.com and i need to make use of my paypal this morning but i cant.
someone has already make an order from fiverr and now i cant do any thing pls help
it is urgent today cos my time is counting.
