Guys, please help me, my blackberry Q5 just wiped all my phonebook contact, I don't know how to get dem back and blackberry protect is just there for nothing

Are you sure they are not backed up to any of your email accounts?

If you have synchronized your phone with your email account, Then phone contacts will automatically get recovered through synchronizing process. However if you haven't done synchronization of your phone with email account then it would almost much hard to recover your contacts details.
Follow the following steps:
Go to Setup, Then go to Email Accounts, Press the Menu button over your email account, Next press Edit, Scroll down to Synchronization options, Uncheck the box with name Contacts, This process will help you to Restore your Contacts.
I am sure you will be able to get the Contacts back by the above process if Synchronizing have done before.

Beside this you may also get in touch with the Blackberry Support Center, And they will help you in solving your issue if possible.
