YOU ARE TOO RICH TO BE POOR

So many Christians equate humility with poverty and equate riches with pride. Most Christians even conclude that being rich will not allow us make heaven. If I may ask; How many parent want their children poor? I am sure no parent want that. So, how do we think GOD, who is our father will want us, his children to be poor. Just as no father will want his children to be poor, GOD also do not want us to be poor. Instead, HE wants us to reflect the riches of HIS glory.

For example; JESUS lived a super-wealthy life. HE had an accountant, in the person of Judas Iscariot~John12:16, John13:29. JESUS rode on donkey, which was the wealthiest means transportation in HIS days(like air-plane, yacht and so on of these days), even on a red-carpet(of those days)~Matthew21:7-8. JESUS wore a very expensive garment, that even the soldier fought for pieces of it~John19:23, Matthew27:35. Revelations5:10 says; HE has redeemed us to be kings and priest to reign on earth. Poverty does not go along with king-ship, neither can a poor man reign on earth.

NOTE; AS A POOR CHILD IS A CONCERN TO HIS/HER PARENT, A POOR CHRISTIAN IS ALSO A CONCERN TO GOD. LET US GET OVER POVERTY MENTALITY AND LIVE WITH THE CONSCIOUSNESS OF BEING SUPER-WEALTHY, LIKE JESUS...BE WISE...!!!
