Of course its expected to be negotiable. Nigerians are becoming too fake, with many people struggling to fit in by paying for services they can't really afford. So, the make-up artist is simply trying to package herself as the best by charging these ridiculous prices at first meeting. To Nigerians, the more expensive, the more genuine the product cum service. At least, they'll get bragging right by employing the service of an expensive make-up brand. But at the end of the day, I bet she doesn't collect more than half of these sums. All na packaging

Truth is, some reputable ones charge more than this.

And the average ones charge between 50 to 100K. If you are well connected and well groomed, you can make up around 300k monthly working on weekends only in Nigeria's major cities.

Although, professional make up kits cost money too. However, you need to think before jumping into this as several young girls are now jumping into this, it will crash very soon.
