Hello NL's I have been receiving certain suspicious emails and I suspect my account has been hacked. Here is the mail I have forwarded to GT Bank customer service. I wish to report certain suspicious activity regarding my email account.

That,
1) I have been getting unsolicited emails from gt bank relating to online/internet banking.

2) I do not have any account(s) whatsoever with your bank.

3) Thus far I have received two GeNS emails in the format presented below( as copied):

The details of this transaction are shown below:


The beneficiary with details below was successfully added to your Internet Banking profile.

The email appears to be from abayo_govt02@hotmail.com


I suspect that my email account has been gained access to by unauthorized individual(s) as I have received a message from yahoo team telling me they have received a request to terminate my account and would act on that request after 24 hours.

I am presently making moves to stop that request.

Pls investigate immedaitely.
