I dint say it's impossible, like you said it's all about luck when it comes to getting a job for a Nigerian, the fact is if a Nigerian gets a job in dubai he's lucky, but when a Philippino gets a job dubai it's a normal thing because companies prefer them to us , do you get ?

lolz, Filipinos have virtually occupied all positions here, at times i wonder if they don't have any job in their country, come to think of it, they don't select jobs like us, they accept any amount of salary & they are hardworking too. but if na 9ja, reverse is the case. Until ur visa remain 2 weeks to kalas u go begin pray for anyhow job

The application number is the same as the job offer number. You see it on your form when applying to ministry of human resources and emiratisation. Approval means they r done with verification of ur document which they will later forward to ministry of interior (immigration) for issuance of visa.

just go with both originals and photocopy of ur document. Originals are needed for sighting, while photocopy would be collected from you.

The person promised to give us d form by Saturday or Sunday but nothing yet and it's been over a week he was paid. And he is saying the company has put forth the application. I was even saying if not getting d form yet is indicating that d guy hasn't even given d company d money or the company hasn't started they should just return the money.

My advice for anybody coming to UAE is not to be too choosy on the job. It reduces the chances of getting job. And don't let your expectations to be too high on jobs and lifestyles of people in U A E. UAE is quite different from any European or American countries. If you are expecting the same lifestyles, opportunities, working conditions, everything in Dubai as you have heard about Europe or America,you will be dissapointed, and before you know it,you will get frustrated, you will get pissed off. Don't do too much comparism of job or Salary.
