You are not disturbing, go to settings re-enter all details carefully

There Re 2 sets of numbers on d card. D 1 @ d top is ur username while the other is password. You might av made a mistake in the number u entered.

Look for someone usin d app and try d card on his fone or, u can download d app on d person's fone, afta e don enta, u clear everything and retry on ur own.
