Our client, a multinational company in Nigeria seeks the services of a back office Commercial Officer.

For this position, the person will be coordinating reports from the field (from the sales team) and handle delegated responsibilities from stock controller in charge of their various warehouses.
Job Description
1. Be involved in the day to day administration of the company. This involves keeping records, acting as the primary contact point for clients/customers, handling all correspondence which has to be sent out promptly and liaising with other support staffs
2. Processing and management of invoices for all commercial activities and maintenance of the sales records in spreadsheets
3. Inventory management of the company’s warehouse in various locations
4. To assist with any departmental tasks and opportunities, which may arise on an ad hoc basis
Knowledge and Experience
It is necessary for the post-holder to be highly literate and numerate, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. The post holder must also be highly organised and able to tackle multiple tasks.
Specific Skills
• Use of Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge and experience of database systems
Experience
At least 1 year office experience is necessary to include data entry, answering enquiries, invoice processing and office organisation. Some operational experience of managing events or other activities would be advantageous
