Going by what Buhari intends to do with the $2.1bn loan from world bank, (to rebuild NE Nigeria)common sense no doubt will reveal that the timing is very wrong. Wrong in the sense that the NE is still being vigorously devastated by bokoharam on daily basis. Why rebuilding when d war is actively on going.? I think the loan could have been more realistic and useful after bokoharam must have been defeated and the war ended. |

The $2.1 billion loan is first in line of the proposed plan to square developments between the North and Southern Nigeria. Whatever milestone Southern-Nigeria's States Governments and the 13% oil derivation were able to achieve for the South, Buhari will use Federal allocation to balance the deficits in the North. 1 Like 1 Share |
