Please am using the 1gb variant of the phone, I dunno if this is common but I have not seen anyone making a comment on it, if an incoming call is getting to my phone, and my phone is asleep, it takes close to 15 seconds before it will appear and moreover I don't get it as a notification like I have seen on the others, is it normal for the 1gb variant abi I dn press spoil button for my phone ne??

I wouldn't advice you to install it, I got the same mm also, I've downloaded but ain't installing.
You would have to back up, lose all your files again, restore them back after updating reinstalling .. Now that's stress,coupled with an uncertainty of what will happen when reinstalling it, cuz you are already on mm. With time it should disappear.

Back it up on your sim card or SD card if possible.
Don't know why anyone would store contacts on a phone instead of sim card.
Just make sure everything you've got on your phone has a carbon copy some where else. Then you are safe

. that's the risk you will take oo, but it shouldn't crash anyways. just make sure you do a back up of all your files and contacts that are in your internal memory before updating it.

You should update, it's a February security patch. It does bring some nifty updates. It fixed the contact name not appearing when you receive a call and Added 'Do not disturb and sound profiles to the quick settings menu, so yeah it is a neat update you wouldn't want to ditch.

You should backup all important file on your phone before you proceed.

It wont crash, I had already updated manually...I did the factory reset and I received the february update Automatically,I downloaded it and installed it....it didnt crash o...

I updated to marshmallow.. Can't find most of my films I downloaded on my memory card...d file manager I am using its not working... And my fone hangs a lot now...most of my database fr my games are all gone.. Am having to start again

. i think the bugs happen only to those who updated manually. I got the update automatically yesterday, I installed it and till now I haven't seen any of such bugs yet.

It's still fresh. They will start manifesting when you use them often...

You would lose your messages also.
I don't do tweaking, buh you should be able to tweak the imei.

Go back to your contacts,do as if you wanna create a new contact or click on those 3 dots at the top right corner of the screen ,then import from sim. That would do.
