The question is this; Is the Prison Warden trying to help the prisoner escape or is the Nigerian Prison service now using bikes to transfer prisoners?

Adonbelibit, these are prisoners that are few months away for their freedom after many years of imprisonment. They are allowed on certain days to go out and come back. Some of them goes around the markets begging for alms and do menial jobs for the day and go back.
They never even think of escaping from there because its close to their freedom and psychologically, they have developed this fear of outside world that they feel almost insecure going out there permanently.
