For example:
*Ensure all transactions are done "Bank-to-Bank"..... not Cash-in-hand exchange
*If l agree to give him $100 in exchange for say #30,000, that "agreement" must be communicated in writing by Email
*You have to do a KYC (Know your Customer) on him first, (if you are not on ground to follow him to the bank ) by confirming that he is the true owner of that account, by calling the customer desk of his bank. Ofcourse, BVN is in place and will load customer details when you try to do an online transfer.
*You dont transfer any Dollar until you check your own account and see that "Naira equivalent" is 'resting in peace' inside your account.

So, it wont be based on "I trust you or l trust what you said"....... it will be on 'shine-ya-eye' basis

Polycarbonate materials can be bent and it can equally withstand harsh elements.

The lace pattern is vinyl. Just look at the symmetry. Its possible to etch the design through engraving or laser onto other materials but look at the coverage area, it can only be vinyl. No be sticker o or agbole frost.

Lastly, engraving and laser etching costs more than vinyl.

If you have any picture of a job done locally in Nigeria of Vinyl on Polycarbonate material, kindly past it here. Understanding building material, broadens horizon of what can be used in Nigeria to make an Architectural statement at a pocket friendly price.

I am still waiting for input from other authorities in the Property section for their input on this subject. Nobody has the monopoly of wisdom.

Aluminium and stainless steel has these qualities and are made for outside jobs which will withstand a lot of adverse weather conditions. They are also very foldable.

I think it might be steel, punched to the displayed design. My position is reinforced when I see points in the flat sheet where screws or bolts are used to hang the material.
