All I can tell you is that only your toilets will be channelled to the biodigester soakaway. All other waste water, from showers, floor drains, wash hand basins, sinks, washing machines, dish washers, and so on, must be channelled elsewhere.

Another thing is that you must never use your regular off-the-shelf toilet cleaning liquids to wash your toilets.

No3. Choose of design and sizes of spaces - you might be ok with a 3m x 3.6m master bedroom while another person might want a 4.5m by 6m masters with WIC.

No4. Workmanship - If Baba TJ is building your house, expect him to charge less than if a qualified person is....

No5. Choice of materials - Nigerian tiles and doors or Italian tiles with Turkey doors? - what's your taste, this extends to roofing and even simple items as Somi wood and bamboo ?

No6. Building height, window sizes and doors sizes etc

No7. Building practises - are you following the standard practice which includes German floor, Dpc etc or wld you be employing some less expensive BUT acceptable practices? Eg frame structure to normal construction, 150mm German Floor to 100mm etc
