my partner sister controls their family, she suffers from sickle cell as such she has been spoilt silly. she is around 27 -30 as is currently leaving with us. i suspect she has some sort of brain problem because she does weird things. for example she would never close doors other than her room door and wash her hands each time she is forced to touch the door handle (wen she meets the door closed) also she is extremely selfish interms of not caring about anyone but herself, for example[b] her younger brother has recently been suffering mental issues as a result he is in a mental ward.[/b] she has neva visited him. (been there 4 a month now) if she needs something she would call nigeria and ask the parents to call my partner when  its not like they do not both live in the same house. i thought it was just me, finding faults in this girl but i found out every house she has lived in before ours she has caused serious problems one way or another. she is a particularly horrible person because she is constantly lying about everything. she would take something like a movie for example and if u ask her to return it wen she is done she will deny taking it and return it a couple of days later. is it normal for such an old person to act this crazy even if they are spoilt.

she is extra anti social, she has lived with us for 2yrs now (refusing to go to school unless its an extra expense school) no friend has ever come to look for her. she doesnt go out and she wears the same clothe every day (green Islamic cover body clothe)

the parents appear to be afraid of her, since she would switch off her phone and not speak to them.

~Your Sister-In-Law is suffering from Some other Condition other than Sickle cell!! It has prolly gone undiagnosed for many years,Given her age . . .Quite an Unsettling Reality . . 

~Am No Doctor but its obvious she's suffering from some sort of Condition based on highlighted bits . . Some signs mimic other conditions . . . I Could be wrong but the things you mention she does, falls into some of The Signs & Symtoms of these conditions . . . B.T.W This is my Unprofessional Diagnosis Its based on research i've done

~The Parents must know in their heart of heart there's something wrong w/ her & they prolly over compensated w/ "Spoiling her Rotten" however what she needs is help . .she needs to be diagnosed so you All will know the right help/Support to give to her!

~You & the other relatives she has lived w/ have seen the Signs & Symtoms but lack of understanding of the condition,prolly make you think she's a horrible person . . quite sad really!!
