Biometrics done on the 6th of September and no word after my application transferred to DMC Sheffield 10th September. Priority visa

Priority application is rubbish to be honest. It makes no sense to me.

This was the reply from ukvi last Fri after I mailed them
I expected that my application would be transferred to VAC today but nothing yet!!!

If you live in the city where the VAC is located, I suggest you visit the VAC first.

I applied same day too in Abuja, priority application. Deadline is 4th Oct, it's very annoying.

I need someone to help respond to this. My son's passport has less than 6 months validity. He has his tier 4 dependent child visa approved few days after the passport was less than six months validity. Can he travel to the UK with that passport or he needs to renew before he can be allowed in?

Hello. Any news yet? I read from an Immigration forum about visiting the British Embassy in the country since passports are dispatched to the VACs from there. In this case, the applicant visited the Embassy in Abuja because he applied there and the result was positive after two hours. You could give it a try.

Alright. It's better that way. If you don't get a positive reply, summon courage and visit the Embassy. Who knows?…something might just happen. But I'm positive your passport should be at the VAC by Wednesday.

Received collection email today and will be going to Lagos for collection tomorrow from Port Harcourt. I intend travelling from Lagos after pick up. I just need to know as i don't intend coming back to Port Harcourt. I read somewhere that if reference number is included then your likely to have the Visa. How true is this?

Congratulations to you. the wait was killing but thank God it all turned out well.

I don’t know o I had to wait to open it you would have paid for courier.

Pls who has paid tuition using bank form M. What's the exchange rate used by the banks. Do they use the CBN exchange rate egs 381 to 1 pound?

Cbn exchange rate at this second is 450.98 naira to 1 pound and yes that's what form A uses.... Oh yes, I no u r mouth agape with the information but Pounds is that high darling lol

But I think you should check TLS someone here did even though tracking was on 3/6 and it was ready for collection.
