The APC is bastardizing the judiciary for its cheap politicking.

Just like it bastardised the seat of the Presidency with its destructive brand of politics. Let it keep destroying and degrading our already weak institutions.

Am still kinda dazed at some people's responses to this issue. I am from kwara State, but not a fan of saraki. The guy submitted that form more than 10 years ago, but he is being hounded now that he is in d black book of some people. So what happens if tomorrow he decide to settle with Tinubu and Co? CCB will suddenly realize they made a mistake in their charges against him? This is the reason Nigeria is damn corrupt. So a politician is clean as long as he is in the right camp? Corruption can never be fought that way, and if this is how PMB plan to fight corruption, then am sure Nigeria still hasn't found a messiah

The thing is,is he guilty of any of the accusation? If yes why would someone say it's witch hunting?if he has any evidence of corrupt practice against anyone he perceived as witch hunting him he should make it known and refer it to efcc,i believe one or two persons knows the truth behind the liquidated Société general bank

Over ambition, playing smart on his party by romancing PDP and as if that wasn't enough, under his watch, an opposition party snatched the Deputy Senate's seat are the numerous reasons his book of sins were reopened. Again, Toyin Sarakill's case is still pending before EFCC, wahala dey o.

Trust me, the Buhari-led government would not give up until Sarakill is down.

Having enemies like Buhari and Tinubu a.k.a Buje bu danu is suicidal. Sarakill should have tread softly.

You people keep proving us right that you're not for the growth and development of this country but just interested in power. So you all would have been happy if he didn't go against APC and hence his grave sins would have been buried right? But now that he's against APC, then he's corrupt.

The devil is truly from Nigeria. undecided

Nations never grew with this philosophy. It seems we're comfortable with underdevelopment and backwardness!

Saraki is just a victim of circumstances.

Ever been to kwara?

When you go there and saw the sea of endless rusty red roofs and stark poverty, you'd damn the sarakis to hell.

He's a "victim of circumstances" only by his own choosing.

Bro, actually I'm weeping within. It's already 2015, and we're still playing primitive politics and building men instead of institutions!

As at 1900 or so, Europe already allegedly had 24/7 electricity supply.

He was a governor for 8 years and immune from prosecution.
Tinubu faced CCT in 2012 after leaving his governorship seat in 2007. I hope this is clear enough.

The mistake Nigerians keep making is the person catching the thief must not himself be a thief, which goes contrary to the old adage that "it takes a thief to catch a thief".

It shouldnt matter how dirty the Sheriff is, for the judge and jury are the ones to deliver judgment.

Once upon a time bounty hunters caught criminals. The hunters themselves were once criminals.
