HOW IT WORKS
workers do not get paid on weekly or monthly bases but after every gig done and paid for. D' merchant is not a blog or magazine company and so do not use ur work directly. We know freelance jobs are difficult to comeby so our setup is a somewhat organized middleman. Our workers can continue freelancing but must be well to do when given a task. Failure to meet deadline could ultimately lead to termination of contract.
