This role will fit a young person with the ability to self-motivate as well as identify and grow new and existing leads and business channels for the business. The right candidate does not need to be from a technology background but needs to have personal interest in technology products and services.

This role will require someone with excellent writing skills and an ability to communicate effectively as frequent communication with clients as well as report writing is a major part of the role. The candidate will be expected to be able to research new international and local clients, identify leads with these companies and use existing company product sources and with tech support to spec and sell solutions to these clients. The right candidate will also be expected to drive the registration of the company as vendors with clients and all the processes involved in that. Interest or familiarity with web/graphic design or blogging will be huge plus. Commitment to constantly improving the standards of work and processes within the company will also be very important.

Additional skills the company is looking to introduce to its Marketing/Project Management team are:

* Strong business acumen
* Sales experience preferably with technical products
* Needs to present her/himself well
* Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel suites
* Proficiency in the use of professional social media
* Any sort of creative design skill will be very useful
* BA/B.Sc/HND

Direct line manager will be the Director of Business Development but the BDO will work closely with technicians and the Technical Director to administer/manage projects as well as quality-check reports and standards of work.
