As a gauge of the intelligence of the political 'class' of Nigeria, you have to wonder why so many of them run to the UK. No country in the world, including Nigeria, has had a sharper track record of arresting 'prominent' Nigerians than the UK. Yet, due to stupidity, they keep running to the UK to hide. It's so bad that being sent back to Nigeria is simply an invite to being 'pardoned' and freed, or performing white collar jailbreak. Why do our politicians feel that the UK is 'safe' for them? |

The president didn't 'catch' anyone. The UK did 100%. As is the case with all Nigerian politicians that get arrested. They can only be called for a hearing in Nigeria then go home after the media frenzy. It's only the UK that politicians are arrested tried and sentenced which is very pathetic and sad as a statement about Nigeria as a nation. |
