The poster is not far from the truth,ibori must have lumps of cash like this stashed out in different locations.He stole from delta state in a couple of years far more than any drug baron could make in a life time,yet he is out there big shorting to ignorant nigerians who for some reasons assumes that it is the right of the politicians to exploit them.
