Also water leaves debris on side of the engine causing clogged blockage due to dirty residues in water and rust as well. Any cheap coolant like abro red is fine if he can't afford costly once.
Using the wrong coolant is worse than using water.
I'd advise he goes with the manufacturer spec with the right mixture.

So is it ok to change from using water to using coolant? And what do y need to do?
there's a rubber screw at the near bottom of that 03 radiator, you can reach for it without unscrewing anything,
Den unscrew the rubber nut with ur hands and let all the brown water out, refill with sachet water and unscrew again. Repeat the next day after car use

Well with corolla ,I think they are over hype cars .. The only corolla I kinda like is the se version..
Now back to the main topic here. It is never good to use water in your radiator .. For the simple fact that water boils at a higher speed than coolant . When the engine is running you need coolant to cool it off , mean while water keeps boiling and at times it will cause overheating. When you water instead of coolant. It will coz leakage and rust in your radiator.. Before you know you are replacing radiator.. At times you see people park their car on the street with the hood open.. The car is overheating ,due to the use of water. Nothing to keep the engine cool. And funny thing is that even though coolant might be expensive, you only need it for few years ,some can last up to 5 years in your radiator.. It is not something you use like engine oil .. But Google is your friend, you can read more about coolant. Also if the water is turning browish ,it's either too much rust at the bottom of the radiator, bad water or something else. Have a specialist take a look at it . You might need to replace the radiator.. If it does need replacement, just make sure you look for quality coolant ..
Thank you sir for the feedback and to everyone that enlightened me on what to do.
Furthermore the car has no history of overheating since I started driving it last year its like the previous user in the US used a coolant that y the water changes color after some minutes, one more question sir pls if I change to using a coolant will I be topping it like I do every 3days or its just a one time thing, doses it get dry like water too

Your water seems to be missing with your oil. What's the colour of your tail pipe smoke? Does your car overheat?
No overheating and no smoke either

The first thing is make sure the coz of your problem is the radiator... if is the radiator issue and not engine problem.. Fix the radiator and flush out the water very well o .. Than you start afresh with coolant.. Once you put coolant than you are good to go ,no need to top anything again o . The coolant will be good for years to come . Just make sure you use the correct stuff. The coolant will product your engine for years to come. This job needs to done by a specialist ,not a do it yourself YouTube type thing o .. Let a specialist handle it o .. You can take it to Radauto or Gazzuzz ... so that proper diagnosis can be done ... At the end of the day .. The facts remain that you need coolant not water in your radiator...

Please has anyone used or come across this coolant? The seller, myparts, claims it's a good coolant for Honda and Nissan and it goes for 6850k.

Please guys help me. I use a Samsung 6s and the battery doesn’t last at all. If I put on Uber app, it drain the battery faster than taxify app. It’s a very big challenge for me. I’ve changed d battery still the same issue. Who can recommend a more faster charging charger for me and where to buy it. I’ve like 3 very good chargers and good cords, but still having same issues.

Please can someone recommend the best Oil for 03 corolla and oil filter.. also the price..I plan on servicing my car this weekend. God bless

Since your car is tokunbo, my assumption is that the car is very ok and no engine issue .. So my advice is to start using the correct oil ,which is 5w30 .. Now it is up to you to pick your brand of oil .. I will recommend Mobil 1 extended performance imported directly by me ... I sell and use the product myself.. Keep in mind, I use them on my uber cars ..it is tested and proven.. If you ask me about me other brand ,I won't able to tell you .. I can only vouch for what I know and use

I went through the same issue o .. I had to bring own from Yankee.. I bought it via ebay and it was fantastic.. And another thing is that your phone battery might be weak . And those battery can't be replace at all .. But Samsung phone tend to last long time .. Best bet is buy imported one via ebay the ones they sell in naija will not last o ..

Uber/bolt&nut grin drivers in Nigeria have a not so good condition of service relative to other countries, but then it is what it is. Attempt to make them change will always be thwarted by pigs, scums, !mbeciles and enemies of progress.

Oga,

You are very correct but it’s not the fault of the driver. If ‘some’ riders can change their mentality, then everything will be good.

I once had a conversation with a driver sometimes last year in Nigeria and he made me understand that he wasn’t out of job but feels he could get some extra cash when he’s free.

But do you know that some pple believe that it’s unemployment that turns some pple driving Uber so? They try to ride on the drivers dignity. I read just now where someone said a rider asked him to get condom for them. Can you just imagine that?

You tell a family man to get you condom?
I read somethings on this thread and I laugh because Nigerians don’t want the next person to succeed. All this things do happen but it’s very very rare in the developed countries.

When investors come into the country, they use the loopholes to their own advantage.

Nothing can be done to the slavery aspect but I will advice the drivers to always stand tall when they meet rude riders and if drivers don’t sell themselves cheap to riders with time they will come to their senses.

I strongly believe there is money in transportation business. Forget the insults, don’t back down or stain your dignity as a man, get what you want, be an employer of labour and you will be fine.
If you insult me, one star. I feel the insult is too much, i cancel trip and order you down. I no qo do accident because I carry crazy Rider.

Order a 'quick charger' on jumia, boss. Had a similar issue with my note 4. That's how I rectified it. You might want to order a new battery alongside if the current one has lasted more than a year.
