Cost of maintaining that car will errode any gains you make and you definitely be working for the app and not yourself.
Go to the market and price the parts of both car, it will shock you that parts of the Camry is more expensive.

I have a toyota camry 2003 for sale with tokunbo engine, all legs changed to tokunbo, Ac unit all changed and chilling. Best offer you can get for a peaceful driving adventure.

And in what way is your Toyota Camry better than the 2008 Honda he intends to buy?

Concerning this. I.was going to the Mobil station I usually buy fuel in my area (opposite Christland Idimu), and I saw that the Mobil has turned to MRS. Lol. I asked the girl that sold fuel to me when this happened, and she said on Sunday.

Dangote and his cousin really mean business.

They are now franchising

Meaning, the pump can still be cheating people, but people will run into it because it's MRS.

Since the MRS wave started, some useless stations have changed to MRS.

Some of una just funny. They both have a 2.4ltrs engine, so what exactly is your reason for telling him not to buy it?

Not to spoil your market but i will prefer to buy that Honda to your Camry all things being equal. After all the all comes with 2.4l engine so fuel consumption will likely be same. No offense meant.
There is a reason why some types of cars are more used than others and why some are very rare to see on ehailing platform. Some cars cannot endure the rigorous task of ehailing activities. But just like I said, Do you. Experience is the best teacher.

As someone who has had all sorts of cars on ehailing platform, from experience,
For ehailing business, Your first choice of car should be a corolla, followed by mostly toyota cars, then say Honda civic. Though our experiences would differ, that's why I said do you.

with all due respect sir. I don't think you are talking from a place of experience. So right now you will advice someone to leave 2008 car to buy 2003 car for ehailing huh? Let even leave that the 2003 Camry is not more rugged than the Accord of 2008, that leg issue you complain is not an issue for that 08 Accord. Now about cost of repair, do you know how much they are selling the Camry engine and gear sha? As against the Accord. My brother please enlighten yourself

Now, let me share some things about this cameras with you guys,
1) The cameras are not on all spots on the bridge, so atimes you may go as high a 100km/h and not get booked, if you look slightly up, you may notice the cameras where they are placed, but i dont do above 75km/h cause of marginal errors.

2) There is need to understand the difference between mph and km/h, usually most recent odometers, the miles per hour is boldly written while km/h has a smaller text. pls shine your eyes and dont mistake mph for km/h. na oyo you dey

3) sometimes the calibration of your odometer may be a liitle wrong, i have noticed that my car speedometer differs for what the maps says, so follow your car odometer with caution.

4) be careful not to focus too much on the speedometer, look up, only glance slightly at your odometer.

If you have changed your tyres beyond the manufacturer's spec for your car it's very likely that the calibration has been thrown off by some degree.

*Lagos State Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) Sites*

Lagos State has implemented Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) sites to monitor traffic and enforce road safety regulations. These systems include speed detection checkpoints and e-police stations for monitoring traffic violations.

1. Third Mainland Bridge
- Speed Limit: 80 km/h
- Located along this major bridge, which connects the mainland to Lagos Island. Speed cameras monitor the traffic speed and violations on various parts of the bridge.

2. Alapere, Ogudu Road
- Speed Limit: 80 km/h
- A significant location with a speed camera to ensure vehicles adhere to the speed limit.

3. NITEL, Mobolaji Bank Anthony Way
- Speed Limit: 60 km/h
- This is another area with a speed camera along Mobolaji Bank Anthony Way, a prominent road in Lagos.

4. Ojota Bridge (by Motorway)
- Speed Limit: 50 km/h
- Speed cameras are located near the Ojota Bridge, which connects Ikorodu Road with the Third Mainland Bridge. The speed limit here is lower due to traffic density.

5. Lekki-Ikoyi Bridge
- Speed Limit: 50 km/h to 60 km/h
- Speed cameras are installed to monitor traffic flow along this key bridge connecting Lekki and Ikoyi.

6. Allen Avenue Road Junction
- Speed Limit: 50 km/h
- Located at the intersection of Allen Avenue, this e-police station monitors various traffic violations, including speeding.

7. Nurudeen Olowopopo Road
- Speed Limit: 60 km/h
- This road also has speed cameras that enforce traffic rules and regulations.

8. Ikorodu Road (various locations)
- Speed Limit: 50 km/h to 60 km/h
- Ikorodu Road has several speed cameras installed at different locations to monitor traffic speed.

9. Oshodi-Apapa Expressway
- Speed Limit: 50 km/h to 60 km/h
- This busy highway has multiple speed cameras to regulate traffic flow and reduce accidents.

10. Epe Expressway
- Speed Limit: 80 km/h
- Speed cameras are installed to monitor high-speed driving along the Epe Expressway.

11. Murtala Mohammed International Airport Road
- Speed Limit: 60 km/h
- Cameras monitor traffic around the airport area, especially to control speeding near busy terminals and intersections.

Note:
Motorists detected violating traffic laws at these locations will receive SMS notifications from the Vehicle Inspection Service (VIS), detailing the nature of the violation and the corresponding fines. The fines are set at ₦20,000 for running red lights and ₦50,000 for exceeding speed limits.

These locations are part of the Lagos State Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) that includes speed cameras, traffic lights, and e-police stations to monitor and enforce road safety. Fines are imposed on those caught violating speed limits or committing other road traffic offenses. It’s always a good idea to stay updated on speed limits in different areas, as they can change due to traffic conditions or roadworks.

For specific details, you can check with local traffic authorities like LASTMA for the latest information on traffic enforcement.

They should just put signs on these roads. I can't come and be cramming speed limits

some cars KMPH are written in bigger text while the MPH will be in smaller text, it all depends in your odometer if it reads in Miles or KM

if your odometer reads in KM, the bigger text in your speedometer is in KMPH and if you're odometer reads in Miles, the bigger text in your speedometer is in MPH....

Good day to you all.

I know people don't like to disclose how much they earn, but maybe some people that don't mind to give me an idea of how much they make from this hustle. I drive a Nigeria used KIA Cerato (2006 model) I bought 3 years ago. It's a 2.0 engine car. i'm on Bolt Regular and I got on In drive 4 days ago. Based on the 3 weeks I have done this so far, I'd say I make an average of 20k a week (after removing fuel money)...working 5 days a week. That's pretty low, and I want to know how other people are doing.

Is it because i'm new to the business, or because my car chops fuel. I just want to know.

Thanks in advance.

If you really want to earn decently, focus more on Indrive for now. Bolt is struggling currently. for me, it’s just part time hustle.
Still a novice in the business cos I only work on Fridays mostly and I make roughly 25k on good days.

I park somewhere.

I'd say some of the issue is on me, cos I don't know road like that. So I miss the way sometimes. I use map, but on many occasions, map has taken me the wrong direction...telling me left turn, when it's right turn. I am getting better now sha with navigation.
