If you are a new driver Uber charges you 10k for psychometric evaluation. This week they deducted N8510 from the 10k because you must have paid 1490 in the previous week. Uber does not roll over the deduction once you have excess in your account.

If what you mean by online test is the driver test online just go to any of their test vendors around you and do a training and a fresh test else you will be rejected, am speaking from experience

So I don't mind exploring every available opportunity so that I can get there faster

Nobody will give you a car to drive only on weekends, anybody that gives you a car will expect you to give a particular amount every week, except you think you can deliver 35-40k working weekends only
