Wishful thinking. Even if Buhari releases the whole of Nigeria Army to rig election for Dakuku, he cannot win. Aboooki cannot just conquer Rivers people, conquer their resources like that. Elections were massively rigged in the north, have they not been let go? Have those northern states been turned to battle ground as in Akwa Ibom, and now Rivers state?
