These are newspaper concocted report that does not reflect to reality. You guys should stop making noise here. At the end of the day most Nigerians will still troop to these major and frontline states to live and earn a living: Lagos, Abuja, Rivers, Anambra, Kano, Delta etc 1 Like |

pazienza: But check it now, despite all the anti igbo policies, the £20 policy, abandoned property policy, the policy of no international airport, the policy of abandoned river niger dredging, the policy of no deep sea port and other scorched earth policies aimed at a specific region of the country yet that region manages to still excell above the same regions that formulated these policies . There is an extent political power can be used against a highly determined and motivated people, it seems to me that the more igbos are marginalised, the more determined they become. 37 Likes 4 Shares |

asha80:This is the typical Nigerian mentality and that's why we are not moving Foward. Remove the monthly peanut we get from FG and watch state owned factories spring up everywhere. That no state owned factory is working does not mean it's not feasible, it's because our brain and mindset has been programmed to be very lazy through the allocation of free oil money from FG every month. 3 Likes |

I don't actually believe this report and it's doesn't matter whether southeast is ahead of southwest. I go by what is on ground and living standards. And should we factor these elements then Anambra is miles ahead of everybody in all development indices. ffuck that garbage of a report. 1 Like 1 Share |

menabadoo: Ever since imo state joined that party, the state has diminished in all standards to the extent of living off handouts and bailouts. Another very disappointing statistics is that apart from lagos which by the way is living on former federal capital might, most APC states are over Glorified when compared to how much they take from the centre . APC states are a drain pipe to national treasury 11 Likes

The whole Lagos covers the whole SE. What happened to Onitsha, the "largest" commerce location in Nigeria? Or Port Harcourt? How can a whole Lagos generate more than the oil region? 10 Likes |
