Don't say what u don't know, state can initiate and open factory with their common wealth. However, for efficiency the lease out to private to manage it properly while retainin a major stake in the firm. Most major companies in the united states including Boeing have more than 60% goverment stake. Nigeria leaders, are nt only uncreative bt grossly unproductive.
How will govt run factories? The way they run civil service or mdas which you know how inefficient they can be? You think industries in china is run by Chinese govt despite the so called communism they practice? Is it uk or usa? You think they are fools?
