As in en. Those people make more money than ministers cos they're always there. Ministers will come and go but they will remain. Also the ministers only get kick backs and some bulk money but they get the kick backs as well as contract money, frivolous expenses, understated incomes etc and unlike ministers who have to settle Godfathers most perm secs have no Godfathers to settle so they chop alone.
