Rubbish! How many times are these people going to be reminded that the said money was not captured in this year's budget because it's Jonathan that prepared it? How come are they not asking why Jonathan didn't complete the Second Niger Bridge, four years after he made the promise in 2011?

I don't think d 5k will make any difference...instead sum all d money to create jobs dat can pay @ least 50k per month.

The APC hav said via their spokes person that the 2015 budget did not have any provision for the APC campaign promises and so they cannot implement the fulfilment of these promises just yet.
Lets all just have a little faith and pray that God helps them achieve all they have set out to achieve.

I support this administration but this promise made during the campaign cannot be achieved.

We know the current state of the economy but APC need to apologise to Nigerians and explain such promise cannot be fulfilled at the moment.

I think the N5000 stipend should be paid to the youths with immediate effect. We should learn from other climes.
