The N16m is for the construction stage only, till the roofing is done (good quality high grade aluminium sheets, 0.45) The cost does not include plastering, windows, doors, electrical wires, plumbing or any other works.

Sir, for the conduit piping for electrical, is there already a design to position sockets and switches or you just decide to do the positioning? Or the owner of the building would point out where the appliances would be preferred?

Why I ask this is, I'm thinking what if occupant wish to position an appliance at particular place but there's no wire-out on the wall. Would that call for another wall-breaking?

Even me sef, I wan enter painting stage like tomorrow

We are supposed to be talking roofing by now, but a team of my workers moving to this site were involved in an auto crash around control, Owerri on Friday. The whole site stayed shut in solidarity with the boys involved in the accident. At the end, the supervisor who stands in for me broke his arm, and we spent many hours at FMC Owerri treating him.
The guy is discharged and is at home, meanwhile the boys returned today and started work. It shall be well.
