I think when we see something like this, we should try and stop the driver from doing such nonsense. Even if the police is not available , this is grossly improper. It's not government's fault or that of the police. It's simply some citizens stupidly doing what they like.

As a citizen you should know your boundaries when interferring in other people's business regardless of what or how they do because you could be breaching the other's human rights while trying to do the needful. This is less dangerous than conductors hanging off danfo trucks and all the crazy stuffs we see on the road. As long as the driver doesn't speed or drive rough, the kids should be fine and if he was speeding, you wouldn't be able to take that picture would you?
