@All, Are you tired of applying to job advertisements and not even getting an interview? Fed up with waiting game for recruitmen ts agency to call you back? Annoyed at being told that you are over age or over-qualified or under-qualified for the role? Angry at people who do not even have the courtesy to reply to your CV?, Then my fellows its high time you changed your approach to finding a new job, time to face up to the realities of to days employment market,time to change your strategies,time to began to manage your career instead of it managing you, time to stop blaming them instead of you see things from their view, time to wake up is now. stay close we keep you update |

@All, FINDING A JOB IS JOB IN ITSELF Let look at it from my point of view such as: What do you like doing most? what type of job are you looking for? The actual work? The Organisation? The people? what are your most important values? what are your most cherished aspirations what do you do well and badly? We should notes that putting all these together is a long way out of getting the required job also note that :ITS TIME YOU GOT ONE THING STRAIGHT NO ONE IS INTERESTED IN GIVING YOU JOB UNLESS YOU YOURSELF |
