Saraki is a tech-guy. Loves all these new stuff and im happy he's passing it on to these bunches of fellas that have no stat on any thing called technology. All they do is say nay and yeh!

The training has been fixed for next week, and is to be conducted by Facebook Africa’s head of policy.

The Facebook team is billed to arrive Nigeria on Sunday.

Seun should make this nairaland.com like reddit, at least, implement threaded comments. So that it'll be more engaging. You can reply someone directly; you can also collapse comments (this will help make commenting better, with ratings, more useful comments can be pushed up for benefit of others); promoting to front page should also be automated with the most liked or rated posts coming to front page instead of the arbitrary promotions by mods. (Mods can still put something on front page if it is urgent or very relevant immediately such as breaking news.)

I think with few of these implemented, nairaland.com will be more engaging, and all the annoying first to comment rants will be silenced automatically.

Resource persons can also be hosted here easily for AMA or whatever you call it.

the Facebook tutorial is free and not compulsory for them,they are not going to be taught how to use or chat etc,they are honorable men and women and need to be distinct and well mannered when using the platform like their counterparts all the world. Ben bruise needs Twitter tutorial urgently
