I am gradually getting peeved by the way some companies in Naija treat their staff, while I appreciate the harsh economic climate in the country I don't believe that justifies the reasons for some "Idi-Amin" attitudes some CEO, Managers etc put-up. What's your experience like? I think we can bring it all out in the open for all to read about. |

it's terrible, they enslave people , even when we have been told that the erra of slavery is over!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, all they tell is , there are so many people out there looking for this job.We will continue to pray to our GOD for help. |

it's not just the economic situation in the country some are just bad managers! they are litlle devils in their own right! Instead of running companies themselves the should just employ managers to do their job Some dont pay their staff! |
