Bring out the document or the promise and you'll see that it was clearly stated that 5k to the most vulnerable and poorest Nigerians.
And what is an unemployed Nigerian? The most secured and comfortable person?

Truth be told, the promise I remember was N5k to the poorest and vulnerable Nigerians... Lai Mohammed may be right on this one.

Those with opposing views should provide evidence pointing to the contrary.

Bro how does one define poor and vulnerable and how does one determine who the benefactors will be, a female graduate from a poor family, trained by the last kobo in the family with no job is vulnerable, their are plenty of them here in abuja:

Or is vulnerability and poverty defined by being a northern almajiri, something tells me thats the real ansswer, note that the handout of 5k wnt stop these guys from being used again, and the day this stops due to economy not being able to sustain it, its war

This 5k handout is to appease the north for the handosme settlement handed out to the creek militants, trust me, no economic value at all

Why does he have to depend on N5,000 handouts when he can have a branch of the recharge cards business to train his own children just as his mom has done? He might even add an edge to it as a graduate, and take the business to a higher level.
You and your mother who raised you up to be a bum are the problems of welfare.
Hmmm I feel you buddy. Your stupidity runs in your family God punis.h you and your motherfuck.ing amaljiri mama! Since you think it makes sense to give almajiris who didnt struggle to go to sch money but the educated ones who dont have jobs should not be considered. In your mumuish view everyone in Nigeria should sell recharge card to live. Mumu

The scheme was targeted at the unemployed/ less priveledge.Let's be objective for once.Who are these set of people, they definately are those who are in the 95% zone of the country. If you use you knowledge of stattistics to do a 25 percentile,50 percentile and 75 percentile you will discover where the beneficiaries of this scam of a program lies.

Just like I predicted somedays ago. This government has no plans to help the unemployed graduates in Nigera because a good number of them lie in certain regions, while the less previledge are concerntrated in a different region.

This is not the one that specifically mentions the 5k. In that one, it states 5k monthly to the most vulnerable Nigerians upon meeting certain conditions.
who are the most vulnerable nigerians,?
specify in a clear term 5 group of people included in this in this category.

I am also not in support of the 5k handout, I think it's a silly idea, a confirmed avenue to waste funds and also an avenue for fraud and more division. However, when it is discussed, the facts should be discussed as it was said; the promised 5k as I can remember was meant for 'poorest and most vulnerable' (whatever that means). The promise wasn't to pay unemployed graduates 5k.

You are so spot on men. The fact is that what nigeria needs is secesion, I'm not a n ibo neither i'm I biafran but nigerians were never ready for nigeria, nigeira was all about an idea of the british to benefit their trade from the south and north. we are all diff people coming together to forcefully nationalize herself without self will. Believe me this day nigeria will never work. The fact is that a man will always love his brother before he thinks of others and that is what is actually going on with hausas for hausas, ibo for ibos and a yoruba man for yurobas. That is how it has always been and that is what it will always be. The CHANGE should be secession for freedom to ethnic equality.

by what metrics wud the poorest and vulnerable nigerians be identified? Not minding the fact that some graduates fall within this category. So being a graduate is the declining criteria for this major campaign killer scam.. We all need to think. Wev got aged men in power.. #change

Nigerians are quick to forget, we discussed this in August, it is vulnerable nigerians not jobless graduates. It is not a sustainable venture though.

It is not a sustainable programme IMHO. A quality opposition should counter and debate against it instead of asking for it.

Some so called employed nigerians are more vulnerable than many students and many unemployed graduates. I was never vulnerable when i was an unemployed person for instance, i've never been. In fact there are many so called employed people who you will just look at and almost be crying for them because of the slavery they are in.

Who are the most vulnerable Nigerians.

Most societies categorize the following as the most vulnerable

- Children
- Physically Challenged
- Aged people
- Women (Esp widows)
- Uneducated individuals

We would have counted several groups before we get to unemployed graduates. However, they remain the most important group in this classification in term of societal progress. Given that they would yield the greatest returns on investment.

Let govt support these graduates in a more productive way not by giving them stipends.
