I had to actually baby sit my 6 year old nephew and it was an alteration to my daily routine again. He will be with me for the next two weeks. agabaI23: ok o Logs for today just had my day 14 of the bootcamp challenge, woohoo!!! But trust me, am feeling it and I think my weight slacked a bit cos of the drop in cardio. I did put ice on my shin this evening anyways, hoping the next 14 should make a difference but as I said from inception, this challenge is to help maintain a consistent habit of exercising, of course I can do more than a 10 mins workout in a typical day now. Am presently stretching infront of E News now. Have a nice week ahead. |

Hour_Glass: ,na me in the flesh,i was even slightly "skinnier" than that earlier in the year but had to just allow my body to be ''comfortable",it was taking 5-6 days of exercise to maintain 75kg and with my musculoskeletal issues i had to go easy,but 3-4 days of exercise+sensible eating and am sitting pretty at 78kg.BUT I MAKE SURE TO ALWAYS DO 3 DAYS OF WEIGHT SHA, I was scrolling through my friend's phone ,saw it and had to just have it for keeps sake cos i was impressed with what i saw.don't be fooled though, I've gained about 2-3kg since then but peeps don't even notice cos its not all in my stomach!!!i wasn't wearing anything,its cos the blouse has a band at the waist,[you know bands and clothes with ruching camouflage a multitude of sins ] . on the before picture,i believe i have one,am sitting in the picture but i feel it will serve,will get it to you before the week runs out,promise. |

Hey house, I've been quite bad of late, with late night meals and skipping the exercise regime. I however plan to get back on track starting today I have actually lost 10lbs between August and now, but may just gain it back if I do not get back on track As an aside, do the guys know that losing 35lbs guarantees you an extra one inch of you-know-what? One guy on Oprah lost 104lbs just because of that. Talk about motivation |

Hour_Glass: HG,say what ,exercise at nightit aint happening,anything i dont do at between 5:30-7:30 isn't on the agenda,i live in abuja where we dont have crazy traffic so its easy to fit in exercise into one's schedule,if am doing roadwork,i go at 5:30 and return by 6:15 so my kids can get ready for school[i have help] and if am doing jillian,i do it after the kids have gone to school. The only period i exercised at night was when i had a LOT of weight to shift,[when i was between 85-95kg] and it was cos i was doing two cardio a day 60mins in the AM and 30mins in the PM.now i only do it occasionally when i feel full/bloated. NB===Friends do wonder how its possible to achieve weight loss and maintain while am home almost all day when the reverse is the case for most people.i just had to tell them that when a new job comes calling i don't want to look like a lazy slob. |
