It was rhetorical. there is nothing the guy has done that wike hasn't done worse. The criticism is just over the top

It is easier for the Emir of Kano to be elected Governor of rivers state than for (dis)honourable Dakuku Peterside to win a single polling unit in the rerun election. grin

You need a new record. This one is broken and stuck on one track.

We are poles apart! Wike is his own man with so much determination to lead Rivers. The good people of Rivers state (98% of the population) trust and believe in him, 1.5% are undecided and 0.5% are sympathetic to Peterside(a group you belong). Unfortunately, even the 0.5% are not really for Peterside but to expand their business.

Tonye, stop all this. You are someone I respect because of your high intellect.

If you are honest to yourself, you know GEJ messed up big time with the Dasuki (Snitch) scandal. You yourself disassociated yourself from the PDP on this matter.

Do you think a close ally of GEJ will perform better for your state?

Hehehehe. You may want to redo your analysis and reissue the percentages. As at now 40% stand with Wike, 55% with Peterside and 5% are undecided. Alot more political trading will take place soon as Ibim gets to Work. The Supreme court judgement also will have its effect. By the end of January, i will ask you how far.

And forget whatever you're made to believe. Wike is never his own man. He's just a figurehead .

Thank you very much. Sincerely, the #Dasukigate scandal is a big slap to Nigerians and highly disappointing. Nobody should be proud of such event.

On Wike, of a truth he was/still is GEJ ally, but that is not the issue. Who are the allies of Peterside? Ex Dep Gov Toby(father of Ibim), all Odili's henchmen, Amaechi etc. All these men are members of Odili's establishment that are seeking to return to looting spree. These men introduced criminality, cultisam and politically motivated assassination to Rivers state. They looted the treasury unchallenged. Having them back to power is a calamity. I'm not saying Wike is a saint but we should be honest.

People(outsiders) have been vilifying Wike unnecessarily but we know the truth

Wike remains the worse interim governor Rivers have ever had

He plunged the IGR of the state from an average of N8b to less than N5b due to unwantory interference, vested interest and infighting in the state revenue board, staffs and revenue contractors

over N100b was recently approved by RSHA for supplementary budget when the year is barely 2wks to go

He suspended all the activities of the RSSDA which ran different empowerment programs, including scholarship, skill acquisition, agriculture(songai farm, fish farming, paultery, etc), employment schemes through job fair, etc

He plans to 'Wikedly' send back our overseas scholars numbering over 600 back home angry

Sacked thousands of workers (RSSDA, Rivpoly, Tima riv, etc) without creating jobs

Borrowed over N40b just to patch roads and construct open gutter drainage sad

Abandoned the public schools in the state to be overgrown by weeds and rodent

threatening the peace in the state by advising his supporters not to report any offensive from the opposition to the police or security operative instead they should attack in three folds____ what a thug of a governor

a government without economic blue print, no development program, no project timeline is as good as no government

we the good people of Rivers have decided to boot him out with our votes come 2016

So true.

Cc: Lalasticlala.
These are really bad times for Wike and the PDP. PDP would have won the elections in Rivers in a fair contest. But because of their habit of impunity they still went ahead to rig the elections. And the result is what we are seeing today. It's now going to take a lot of hard work to reclaim the state.

Their main boss who is Odili, the chief thief himself, is he not an ally of Wike? Have u wondered why wike has not deemed it fit as promised to start the implementation of the Omereji report as boasted by him? what is stopping him. He lied to u lot and u foolishly took it in without confirming if the thug is sincere or not.
Antecedents of wike is well known and ur effort to beautify it is very shamefull. we know how him as obiaakpor chair brought in cultism, extortion, hooliganism, criminality to the streets of Obiaakpor.

Today the ctc chair of okrika, degema, onelga to mention a few are all (ex) militants. Let's not even go to the house of assembly that was decimated by the judiciary.

^^^Some people NEVER learn from experience even if literally hammered into their brain. I remember when they swore on their lives Baba would NEVER become the president of a united Nigeria, but here we are. They swore Amaechi would be forgotten like the traitor he is, but we know where he is today.

Now they are back to their old habits swearing xyz would never happen in Rivers- what else can we do than lean back with arms folded and savour the scenes of a repetition of history.

Ps: Given the avalanche of sordid revelations we've been getting from Santa Dasuki's episode, I think it is about time we invited Ihejirika and the Australian Steven Davis to tell us more about what transpired between them and Boko Haram.

If you feel Dakuku is a wrong choice, speak out against him. But, you know Peter Odili and Amaechi fell out a long time ago. Even before Amaechi became a Governor. Odili was part of those who removed Amaechi and put Omehia as the Governor.

So making it look as if Amaechi is an ally of Odili is nothing but a slap on your understanding of the Rivers Political circle. Odili is a strong Ally of Nyesome Wike. It is not hidden and you know it.

If you feel an ally of Odili should be vilified, how do you feel Nyesome Wike is the right man for the people.

If you are speaking against both, it is a different case but someone as smart as you can be the voice of your people. Stop siding those who rob your people.

There was an attempt on the life of an APC chieftain (former ikwere local govt chair), Hon chikodi dike, who challenged wike to a popularity contest in the rerun. He escaped with gun shot injuries but his orderly was killed. If your idea of winning is to kill and intimidate your opponents then you have lost it.
Btw, your post is not only unimaginable, it is ridiculous.

Your days be long. PDP can't re-enact the electoral violence they unleashed on Rivers citizens during the first elections. The times have changed.

Meanwhile, Chikordi Dike was former caretaker of Obio Akpor LGA.
