APC straight to the supreme!

I hope the PDP supporters will be happy with this and Fayose will have no reason to accuse GMB of interfering the appellate verdict.

Very nice outcome from the appeal court. PDP member is meant to challenge whatever happened within the party, not APC.
PDP have right to complain. The rivers judgement get k-leg. the akwa ibom yes !!!

Buhari is not the owner of judiciary. So judiciary should wrestle themselves from Buhari,so that they can be truly independent and save Nigerians from the dictatoral tendencies of this Buhari's administration.

good one for democracy. honestly I don't care who wins as long as there is respect for the rule of law.

As much as I love to see women in leadership positions, I totally love this verdict. I knew she never stood the chance. That woman is only concerned about her ego and not the development of the state.

Straight to supreme Court now. I hope he wins there too

Now I know there will be no complain since it goes their way and the judiciary is no more under the control of Buhari. If they've loss this appeal, it would have been a new song. But I thought primary is part of election process. Then, the APC candidate that loss his re-election in Edo state should be recalled back for the wrong judgement of him not validly nominated to run. This judgement cannot stand the test of time because the basis for election is the process of the primary before the main election and that has been argued severally in courts.

Those election petition tribunal judges should be probed. We know a lot of partisan judges handling cases in Lagos and Abuja.

We should watch them closely.

When the Tribunal declared Aisha Alhassan winner you people screamed blue murder and blamed PMB and called the judiciary PMB judiciary. Now that the Appeal Court has upturned the judgement in favour of PDP is it still PMB judiciary??When things go against u PMB is to blame but when the case is in your favour our judiciary is superb. That's immaturity.
