THERE'S NO MORALITY IN POLITICS. THAT'S WHY APC HIRED AXELROD, REPUTEDLY EXPERIENCED IN THE GUT-CUTTING POLITICS OF CHICAGO.

Then Bode George, Ali Must Go, and co, were sharing money to look after their harems. I didn't say Haram. And Jega, with sufficient data on Igbo mentality, was figuring out how to use Card Readers to empower war zone Northeast, and simultaneously disenfranchise Jonathan's stronghold in the Southeast Igbo enclave.
GAME OVER.

Yes, it invalidates any logic in that question.
Someone had contested for a post 3 times before, the 4th time because he emerged victorious u want to know who funded his election. That is delusional, because u have a conclusion in at heart, maybe that should just serve u. If the previous administration finds nothing to probe about OBJ, That means PMB is also correct about OBJ. You see, there is a difference between wanting to fight and knowing how to win. APC knows how win. Enough of ur juvenile attempt to paint Buhari black.
It invalidates the logic only to those who are emotional about his victory in the polls. Emotions won't let you differentiate between common sense and nonsense.
He's now an elected president and accountability is his watchword and also APC, so what is wrong in wanting to know who and who funded his successful campaigns considering that fingers are being pointed at some members of his cabinet? You can't because you are in power deem yourself right to dismiss every accusations with some silly points.

If he likes he should clear the issue sensibly or he can let it sleep, but surely, another government will awaken it. You can continue your elderly backing of Buhari to doom.

NB the question is how did the APC fund his election not how did he fund his election campaigns.

Very true question to ask.... the jets they fly daily to campaigns, the funds shared @campiagn grounds, artist who performed, jingles and tv commercials run by various media houses, prints by newspapers know some would say the public donated, that's true, but with all sincerity, if no one in the present APC camp is hit by this fight against corruption it clearly shows its just a one sided war which isn't the best, we know, GEJ's men were corrupt, but definitely we have the so called PMB loyalist who happen to b too, except we deceiving ourselves, let's make this fight equal and the better for us as a nation.

By God's grace true bloggers and reasonable concerned citizens of this country who speak their mind will not be hungry this 2016.
. Keep wondering why they are so blinded to the truth. If I recall when layi Muhammed was interviewed on channels Tv about the #5000. All he said was that it is not part of their manifesto its just a road map to manifesto. Recently the president said he never mentioned that and it was the vice president that said that during their campaign. Who is fooling who?

As President Buhari continues to get encomium for his acclaimed fight against corruption, one critical missing link which many opponent and proponent of his administration have been silent on is, how did the APC fund his election. we remembered our able president told Nigerians he took a bank loan to pay for his form. firstly, there is strong ethical question hanging on the action of PMB to borrow money from a bank to fund his bid for presidency.

To me, except PMB can come clean on this, he is deceiving himself, and very soon, the same hawks who joined arms with him and sold his candidacy to gullible Nigerians will soon come back for his jugular very soon if he fails to settle boys accordingly, when times come for them to get their returns.

I am indeed Marvelled at the ignorance of many persons who I unapologetically would use the generic coinage to refer to as "Wailing Wailers".

Where were you when APC was raising funds for its presidential campaigns. Or perhaps you didn't know that many Nigerians Sponsored the Buhari/Osibanjo Campaign by paying a token not less than 100 or more into a designated account managed in the reputable Truly the First generation bank; I.e. First Bank.

In case you didn't know; I also donated a token but worthy amount of #100 into this account.

I wish you guys could just open your eyes and see the bright future ahead as many of us are already seeing.

Good question partly answered below:

scribble:

Dollarization Of The APC Primaries: How Amaehi Vanquished Atiku #saibuhari

The blogosphere was inundated with reports of the excessive sharing of dollars at the All Progressives Congress which took place during the latter part of last week.

One APC supporter and Special Adviser to Osun Governor on Environment, BolaIlori had blown the scandal open after he saw the beginning stages of the dollarization in action.

He took to his Facebook page and scribbled, “Crazy things are happening here!!! Some of these cannot represent the change Nigeria is yearning for. Excessive dollarization by one of the aspirants to is to say the least obscene. I have been involved in political process for decades now, I have never witnessed this volume of raw dollarization of party primaries. I only read about this kind of things in PDP primaries. A question been asked by conscientious delegates is that whoever can be giving out between $2000 to $5000 to…delegates certainly does not represent the kind of change Nigerians want…those who contributed to the pauperization of Nigeria now revel in dollarization… majority of Ondo delegates are still standing with Buhari but have been reduced from 85% to 70% within 24 hours…the remaining has gone with dollars ooo.!!!!!”

One has to wonder how Buhari was able to win the primaries in this era of stomach infrastructure where dollars are like the Biblical manna that God sent down from heaven to nourish the Israelites as they made their way to the promised land.

Sources close to the APC with knowledge of the way the Primaries unfolded have revealed that it was Rivers State Governor, Amaechi who flew back to Rivers State and returned to Lagos on Thursday morning with enough dollars to make Benjamin Franklin blush.

It has been revealed that Atiku offered the delegates $5000 each, but Amaechi doubled it to $10000 a pop. Thus turning the tables in favour of General Buhari.

Since his adventure into the APC, Amaechi has gone out of his way to prove himself a party loyalist, always the first to shoki or azonto at the many events the APC holds, which he himself is usually the chief sponsor.

According to party insiders, Amaechi has overtaken Tinubu as the major financier of the party. One does not need to wonder why he is always at President Jonathan’s throat over misappropriated oil wells or other such business. Anything that diminishes from the State’s coffers will have a ripple effect on his funding budget for the APC.

It does invalidates the corruption war.

For example, the reason why Obasanjo lost out in the war against corruption was because it later became lopsided. He was busy clamping down on those against his third term bid. The same would happen against Buhari.

I wonder why you are becoming Buhari's sycophant of late.

The All Progressive Congress (APC) yesterday unfolded the strategies for raising funds to finance its presidential campaign, saying the intention was to democratise electioneering and to operate a transparent and accountable fundraising and management. Director of the Buhari-Osinbajo Campaign Fundraising Committee and Governor of Lagos State, Mr. Babatunde Fashola (SAN), who unveiled the strategies at a press briefing in Lagos said the intention was also “to show that Nigeria is a civilised country and that things can be done differently and that change be upon us.” Other members of the 12-member committee, according to Fashola, include Kano State Governor Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, Prince Olagunsoye Oyinlola, former Governor Timipre Sylva, Mr Olawale Edun, Abbas Bello, Ikechukwu Obiora, Farouq Adamu Aliyu, Sharon Ikeazor, Hon. Sabo Nakudu, Alhaji Sardauna Habeeb, Alhaji Babaru Abubakar and Alhaji Bola Oyebode.. Addressing APC chieftains and supporters, members of the State Executive Council, media executives and other stakeholders and supporters in, Fashola said the committee has come up with five platforms on which ordinary Nigerians could contribute to the fund, adding that the idea was based on the desire to give Nigeria back to ordinary citizens of the country. He said the plan was in tandem with the desire of the presidential candidate, General Buhari, “to have a campaign that involved ordinary people and that he was committing to a transparent and accountable fund raising and management,” adding that the committee has taken that as, the compass in developing the fund raising strategies. According to him, “today, we unveil many platforms where those who can vote and, indeed, those who cannot vote, can still participate in the elections by contributing to the Buhari-Osinbajo campaign. This campaign will need money, as every other campaign does, but we are very clear about what we will be spending this money on.” Governor Fashola, who said the intention of the committee was “to democratise campaign funding by the strategic partnerships”, said money got from the fund raising would be spent on payment of agents’ fees and honoraria on election days “getting APC’s campaign message of Change to the people, transport costs for those who are engaged in the campaign, printing materials and so on”, adding, however that the fund would not be used to build party secretariat as being belatedly claimed by the other party.
