A mother should love all the kids equally, cos i am sure the pain she suffered on them are all same.

I bet you feel bad about that and that is making u to wanna make sure u marry a richer man too.
I think mothers should stay off such behaviour, cos money aint it all.

NOo man is perfect (), God is perfection,, i think mothers can't deny the first pain of child bearing, no wonder they most times can't do without their first child even when d (first born)is most times regarded as spoilt child.

Re: Who's Mother's Favorite Child by ugbeda(m): 5:24pm On Jul 02, 2009
Well. in my family iam because i am the last born. but i left her for Lagos at my early life, distance really affected our her favorite, because of this she settled for my immediate elder brother because he was closer to her and she can easily ask him for one or two things. at a point i was jealous . lol. so to me i think the last born because it is the gate close.

It all depends on one thing or the other. At the early stage when the family starts to have children,it alws the first born. After she has stopped child bearing, the attention is shifted to the last born(Now she disturbs even the first born for the survival of the last child). When the children are all grown up to face challenges in their individual life, whosoever that brings in money is the favourite.

I am very careful with this with my children.

My son is expected, like i was, to monitor the younger children, give them advice on rules and procedures and help guide them out of trouble.

Because this weight can be hard on his shoulders I am careful to reward him and give him a break just to relax. Or extra time outside when the rest have to be inside.

With the extra responsibility comes extra freedom.

WHY IS THIS EVEN A DEBATE!!?? A MOTHER SHOULD NEVER HAVE FAVS. SHE SHOULD LOVE ALL HER CHILDREN EQUALLY AND IF SHE DOESN'T SHAME ON HER. A mother's job is to love ALL her kids. if she loves one more than another she is not fulfilling this job. she is only doing half of it.
